The second bang of the two bang storm will begin tonight tonite and will leave the state late morning in the west, to late afternoon in the east. Everything is called in as of now, if anything changes, aka someone goes under ICE STORM WARNING, it needs to be called in right away. So watch radar, and State College WFO, as the main www.weather.gov is still having issues.
