Sorry for the lateness in this.
Today will we see cloudy conditions as a storm system from the west moves into our region. Weather Advisories have been posted for all of PA with the exception of the NE (looks like someone is sleeping in Binghamton). I called yesterday WCNS for the Winter Weather Advisory. At the moment BFB and WKBI still need to be called in, PLEASE EMAIL ME if you call in these two stations.
